Once you complete your application you will receive an email confirmation from aviva@kootenayartisanfair.com that you have submitted your application.

If you do not receive this email, your application was not successfully submitted and you may need to re-submit your application.

This event is not juried it is curated for handcrafted, quality and sustainability

Applicatios are not open until Feb 1st. Applcatons submited before this time will not be considered

Spring Application

All Applicants will receive an copy of their application to their e-mail provided. If you do not see it, please look in your junkmail.


Applicants will be notified of acceptance by e-mail. Please save aviva@kootenayartisanfair.com to your contact list or check your junk mail. A 6 foot space is $90 Plus Tax ($94.50) This includes Coffee and Tea and food in the Mosley Room.

When submitting Photos you must put the event you are applying for in the subject line.

All spaces are 6 foot spaces, we will do our best to accommodate the request for multiple spots, however we will not guarantee more than one spot per vendor.
