Kootenay Artisan Fair has been established since 2010 and see's 2500+ shoppers for it's Christmas Show and 600- 800 people for its February and  spring show.

December Event saw 1500 + Shoppers in 2021 and the Harvest Market saw over 2000 Shopper in one day.

We have established an excellent variety of High Quality Handmade Vendors with loyal, discerning customer base.

When are Show Dates:

Saturday May 7, 2022

Where:

Prestige Lakeside Resort Nelson

When is load in and out and Parking:

Load in is 7 am, all vendors must be set up by 9:30 for fire department to walk through.  Load out, can not happen until the event is closed. 

ONCE YOU UNLOAD YOU MUST MOVE YOUR CAR. 
You can park at the Mall or along the fence beside the airport. 

 

Show Hours:

Saturday: 10-5

Grand Prize Draw:

We will be doing a Grand Prize Draw. We will require one $10 - $20 item from each vendor as donation. One lucky customer will win the entire table of goodies and in return, we build up our email list to directly contact our customers. 

When are booth fee's due:

Booth fee's are due when you receive your invoice. We no longer accept Cheques or Credit Cards.

 

E-transfers are the preferred method of payment. Please use email positiveapparel@outlook.com We are now set up for direct deposit so please put your invoice number in your e-transfer so we can apply your payment with you.

You can choose to pay in person at Positive Apparel 721 Front st in the Furniture Department. Please ask for Aviva.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds for this show

Fire and Safety:

Please familiarize yourself with Fire retardant spray if you wish to use your own table covering or have any cloth back drops. If you cannot make this work for you, the hotel will have Black table clothes available for you to borrow. Google Fire Retardant Spray or purchase it from Home depot or on Amazon. 

WIFI:

Free WIFI is available from the Prestige. Please keep in mind that this is a shared WIFI we cannot guarantee signal or how many people will be accessing the same signal. WIFI password will be available on the day of before the show opens.

Vendor Badges:
We have beautiful vendor badges we will hand out and then collect at the end of the day. This badge allows both staff and customers to identify who the Artist are

Health and Safety:

We are more than ready to return to normal, with that said, we will be following all PHO laid out for this event.

Tables will be assigned at the event unless other wise agreed upon with Aviva
