Juried Prestige Holiday Event Application

Once you complete your application you will receive an email confirmation that you have submitted your application. If you do not receive this email, your application was not successfully submitted, and you may need to re-submit your application.

All Food Vendors need to submit samples no later than, May 1st or your application will not be reviewed

If I'm not accepted to the Prestige event, I would like a 8 foot table at the Homespun Event at the Rod & Gun Club for December 18 & 19. Cost will be $125.00 plus tax.

Category: What do you make? If you fall under other please ad as much detail as possible to your craft

If other you must give an adequate description in the Additional information category.

Photo submission

You must provide one photo via email for social media. Please label the photo you wish to use for social media, booth and studio.

Even if you have applied in the past you need to provide a detailed Product and Price list.


Please provide a product list of any and all item you wish to sell, and the corresponding price.


If your product list is multiple categories you may not be accepted.


Any items you wish to sell must be listed even if they are still in the concept phase.


Any items not adjudicated will not be allowed at this event.

We want to know what shows you have done, if you have gone to school for your craft, if you have been featured anywhere in a magazine, blog, newspaper or TV ect. We want to know how long you have been doing your craft and what inspires you.

Tell us what makes you standout. Are you a social media expert? Do you have a huge customer email list? Are you a professional in your field? Are you using recycled materials? Do you participate in many juried shows?

Do you have allergies, do you want the same spot as last year, do you have mobility issues and require special parking?

6 foot tables are available from the hotel but are limited. Do you require a table?

New vendors may be placed in the Hall. Returning vendors will have the first right to refuse last year’s space if requested. Vendors are placed by Coordinator for ease of access and flow.

Food Vendors must submit a sample every year for the Prestige only, even if you are a returning vendor. Samples must be received By May 1st or your application will not be reviewed. How will you be sending you samples?

Even if it is not pretty we need to see you handmake your items.
